What You’ll Be Doing

With guidance, training and mentorship, you will eventually take ownership of:

• Manufacturing Process & Documentation
  • Creating and managing all manufacturing technical documentation (work instructions, stage drawings, routers, BOM‑related documents).
  • Ensuring controlled, accurate, and up‑to‑date documentation packages.
• Quality & Build‑in‑Quality Tools
  • Using BIQ tools such as Process Maps, PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Analysing data to monitor process capability and drive improvement.
• Engineering Support & Problem Solving
  • Planning and managing day‑to‑day engineering activities.
  • Supporting design, manufacturing, purchasing and quality to meet cost and timing targets.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues on the shop floor.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Supporting production flow and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Reducing concessions, rework and scrap.
  • Driving down manufacturing costs through improved methods and challenging design.

Experience We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred, but not essential).
• Exposure to production, engineering or process‑related activities.
