Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a busy and varied manufacturing business in Ross-on-Wye. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of manufacturing processes, including milling, turning, grinding, and more. You’ll be involved in programming for a mix of manufacturing components and tooling, providing variety and challenge in your day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities: * CNC programming using Siemens (experience with other systems considered) * Programming and operating machines for milling, grinding, turning, and other processes * Supporting the production of high-quality components and tooling * Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all manufacturing processes What We’re Looking For: * Proven CNC programming experience * Comfortable with Siemens or other CNC systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible approach to varied tasks across manufacturing Benefits: * Permanent, day-shift role * Competitive salary: £38,000 – £40,000 * Pension scheme * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays If you are a skilled CNC Programmer looking for a varied and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
