About the Role as an Internal Account Manager
You’ll be working in a tight-knit internal sales team, managing a mix of existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities. Initially, you’ll be given a small portfolio of customers, along with warm and lapsed leads, and a prospect list to get started. This is primarily an office-based role focused on telephone sales, but there are occasional opportunities to attend client visits to help strengthen relationships and develop your sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities as an Internal Account Manager
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing clients
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
