Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to join their growing manufacturing team within a well-established global organisation. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of around 40 production operatives within a busy manufacturing environment. Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting into the Business Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining high quality standards, improving processes, and creating a positive team culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience as a Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Cell Leader, Team Leader, or similar leadership role
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and continuous improvement
- A hands-on leader who enjoys motivating, coaching, and developing people
- The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Someone with the ambition and capability to grow within a successful global organisation
