Purpose of the Role
The Governance & Risk Team is responsible for supporting effective governance, regulatory compliance and risk management across Everlight’s global operations. As a Global Privacy Manager, you will help us achieve this by managing our global privacy programme, ensuring compliance and applicable data protection laws and embedding effective safeguards for patient, client and employee information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the global privacy programme, maintaining policies, procedures and controls that support compliance with data protection laws across all regions.
- Management of privacy risks and incidents, leading data protection impact assessments, supporting investigations and data subject rights requests.
- Provide privacy assurance, monitoring compliance and reporting key risks.
- Provide privacy support and advice to teams across the business, embedding data protection into projects, systems and day to day operations.
- Professional certifications in data protection, such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT, are highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in data protection or information management,
- preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience as a Privacy Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a global organisation within the healthcare industry.
