Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards of the club.
- Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
- Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
- Experience and promote the products and services offered.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively contributing to the upkeep of the club with team support.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints professionally and escalate to the relevant manager when necessary.
