The National Lead – HYROX and Community is responsible for the development, execution, and daily management of HYROX High Performance Centre (HPC) deliverables across the Everlast Gyms network. This role will lead the successful implementation of HYROX classes and drive growth in High Performance Centre subscriptions, event simulations (SIMs), and community events to ensure the success of the HYROX partnership. Additionally, the role will support the commercial delivery of personal training and group training within a designated geographic area ( North, Midlands, or South ), providing Head Coach support to ensure operational and financial performance. Flexibility with working hours and days is essential, as HYROX activations, simulations, and community events frequently take place during evenings and weekends. The role will require regular travel across the UK and Ireland, supporting on-site delivery and engagement at various Everlast Gym locations. In addition, there will be a required weekly presence at the Shirebrook Head Office for one to two days to collaborate with central teams. Job Description Lead the national rollout and consistent delivery of HYROX classes across the Everlast Gyms estate. Drive engagement and subscriptions for HYROX High Performance memberships Plan and execute HYROX event simulations (sims) to prepare members for official competitions. Organise and oversee community fitness initiatives, including run clubs, lifting clubs and other events. Develop HPC coach training and education programs in collaboration with the Master Trainer. Manage HPC macro cycling and programming to optimise member progress. Oversee HPC timetable development to ensure optimal class scheduling. Coordinate in-gym activation events to drive member participation and awareness. Lead new site launches with master classes and influencer engagement to build momentum. Manage a national events calendar to ensure regular touchpoints for community engagement and brand activation. Manage HYROX event project delivery alongside the Events & Partnerships Manager. Invest time and develop a team of internal HYROX ambassadors to uphold high standards of class delivery and best practice. Maintain strong collaboration with our Master Trainer to ensure consistent HPC education and quality standards. Support commercial delivery of all fitness revenue lines, including personal training and MOVE, alongside group training cost management within any support gyms assigned by the Head of Fitness. Host wider product training, such as Coaching workshops and onboarding. Provide head coach support to ensure operational excellence and financial performance. Work closely and collaborate with various members of the Everlast Gyms Central team on elevations and other relevant projects as required. Support with various other fitness tasks as required by the Head of Fitness / senior team.
