This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training. The Benefits Elevation is a core value, complemented by great company benefits including: 20% discount across all Frasers Group facias Eligibility for the Fearless 1000 bonus scheme Free Gym membership Monthly Frasers Group Champion – winners get double salary for the month Reward and recognition with Everlast Gyms monthly champions Training and development with funded qualifications including Level 3 & 5 in management & leadership Fitness product incentives for achieving targets Job Description Responsibilities Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador Demonstrate our elevated working standards Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges Support member onboarding with MOVE, leading by example and training the team Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement Recruit, train & mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers Oversee group training schedules and monitor KPIs Enhance member engagement within your community Deliver classes as per gym guidelines Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the live member base Support revenue growth across membership, products, and secondary services Lead by example on reception and gym floor to improve member experience Provide constructive feedback to team members Promote personal training sales and deliver sessions monthly Qualifications Must-have: Passion for health, fitness, and wellness Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification CIMSPA Practitioner level certification Experience in delivering personal training sessions Strong leadership and coaching skills Experience with various group training modalities Knowledge of current fitness industry trends Excellent communication and motivational skills Positive, solutions-oriented mindset Exceptional interpersonal skills and member-focused mentality Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow Flexibility to work hours including weekends and bank holidays Additional Information Visit our LinkedIn page to learn more about our brand.
