Company Description This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific responsibility for driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.
