This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for the recruitment, nurturing, and development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.

The Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
- Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
- Manage controllable costs effectively, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
- Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered at a high standard
- Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
- Complete operational processes consistently and to high standards
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- React resiliently and find solutions to challenging situations
- Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Essential Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
