Everlast Gyms is on a mission to disrupt the fitness industry, and we’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to own relationships and create next-level activations and awareness. If you have a passion for building strong brand collaborations, delivering high-impact events, and driving innovation in the fitness space, this role is for you.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Brand Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners, securing collaborations that enhance the Everlast Gyms experience.
- Event Management: Plan and execute engaging events, from club openings to large-scale activations, ensuring smooth delivery and maximum impact.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new brand opportunities that align with our vision, driving commercial success and member engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing, fitness and sales team to amplify brand partnerships and event promotions across multiple channels.
- Impact the Elevation Program: Collaborate with all departments and our gym teams before, during and after elevation to drive awareness and support new openings and transformations.

- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
