As we continue to expand our service division, we are looking for a skilled and reliableHVAC Service Managerto join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems, including commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive breakdowns.
- Diagnose system faults quickly and accurately, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and complies with relevant health & safety regulations.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Liaise confidently with customers, providing clear updates and professional communication.
- Work closely with other engineers, service coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job delivery.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required (additional pay or rota system may apply).
Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer
Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
ValidCSCS Card(essential)
F-Gas Qualification(essential)
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
