Role Overview
The Specialist/Coach is responsible for working with site Supervisors to execute daily plans that improve sales performance from Agents/Representatives. They provide real-time coaching guidance, facilitate coaching calibrations in one-on-one and group settings, and serve as the voice of the Agents/Representatives to the Supervisors. They collaborate to instill the Everise culture in a focused and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site Supervisors and Operations Manager to prioritize coaching efforts for optimal team performance.
- Meet bi-lingual criteria if working with bilingual Agents/Representatives.
- Maintain applicable health insurance license.
- Possess previous call center experience and at least one season of UHC Sales licensed experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook.
- Experience in taking calls, applying training, and demonstrating proficiency in the role.
- Assist on calls for consumer escalations if needed.
- Support training initiatives and strategies.
- Coach Agents/Representatives to improve knowledge, engagement, compliance, and sales skills.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute daily performance plans.
- Conduct call calibrations, one-on-ones, live side-by-sides, huddles, and team meetings.
- Drive high-performance sales, compliance, and customer experience outcomes.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in implementing new processes.
- Collaborate with onsite and offsite staff.
- Complete daily Sales Efficiency Call Evaluation Forms through live call monitoring.
