Stream Healthcare is partnering with a number of organisations across Perth Metro and surrounding suburbs to recruit Rehab Consultants and Rehab Managers. The role of a Rehab Consultant/Manager entails:
- Assessing clients' physical and psychological needs for return to work
- Building relationships and interacting with health professionals, insurers, stakeholders, and employers
- Assisting with injury recovery and return to work/life
- Supporting and promoting recovery
- Management roles must have experience leading multidisciplinary teams within occupational rehabilitation!
