Our client is a privately owned property group with a strong footprint in commercial and residential development. Their portfolio includes a landmark retail outlet centre currently undergoing an incredible expansion, welcoming some of the world’s biggest fashion names and enhanced dining experiences. They’re committed to delivering well-executed marketing campaigns that support their centres and retail partners — and they’re looking for someone to help make it happen.
The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to join a creative marketing team, supporting the delivery of campaigns for a landmark retail centre expansion and broader initiatives across a varied property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and build a well-rounded marketing skill set. You’ll be immersed in the full marketing mix, contributing to campaigns that bring a major retail precinct to life — from concept through to execution. You’ll work on everything from content creation and digital marketing to in-centre events and activations, giving you valuable exposure to how campaigns are planned, executed, and measured for success.
Your day-to-day will involve working closely with a tight-knit team of experienced marketers, as well as collaborating with designers, external agencies, and operational teams on the ground. You’ll support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns that aim to drive foot traffic, boost brand awareness, and enhance the customer experience. Whether you’re drafting a TikTok post, coordinating event logistics, updating the website, or helping to track campaign performance, your input will have a visible and meaningful impact. You’ll also gain direct experience in event management and activations, helping to plan and deliver seasonal promotions, grand openings, and in-centre experiences that engage the community and elevate the shopping experience.
No two days are the same, and you’ll quickly build confidence by taking on real responsibility, with plenty of support and guidance along the way. This role is perfect for a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field who’s looking to kick-start their career in a role that combines creativity, organisation, and execution. You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety in your work, and is excited to learn every aspect of marketing — from social media and digital strategy to event delivery and campaign reporting.
You Will:
- Create marketing materials for digital and print
- Support multi-channel campaigns across social, email and in-centre promotions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage content scheduling on TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Track performance and contribute creative ideas
- Keep website content accurate and up to date
- Assist with in-centre activations and events
- Handle event logistics including suppliers, set-up, and merchandise
- Provide general admin support across the marketing function and wider team
What Excites You:
- Working in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment
- Contributing to visible campaigns that impact foot traffic and engagement
- Collaborating with a team that values clarity, initiative, and adaptability
- Learning marketing through real-time projects — not just theory

- You’re organised, thorough, and can manage competing tasks
- You enjoy being part of a team and jumping in where needed

- Gain practical, well-rounded experience across all aspects of marketing
- A collaborative, team-focused environment with annual events and more
