We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfilment Supervisor to join us at our brand new Basildon Hub, working any 5 days in 7, across 2 shifts AM and PM which typically run 06:00-14:00 14:00-22:00

In fact, we never stand still, we work hard, make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day., As a Fulfilment Supervisor, you will receive support and guidance from the Operations Manager while leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with quality standards and achieving the highest possible throughput. You will utilize best practices and provide comprehensive staff training to meet and exceed productivity and CPU targets.
You will be accountable for:
Supervision and Operations Management
- Overseeing Warehouse Operatives and managing operations within your zone. This includes monitoring throughputs, ensuring optimal parcel presentation, maintaining productivity levels, and achieving forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
Client SLA Management
- Within your zone, managing and upholding Client SLAs by working through Aged Order and other available reports, providing regular updates to the Shift Manager.
Performance Management / Training and Development
- Conducting regular coaching sessions, one to one’s performance reviews, and team meetings with Warehouse Operatives to drive continuous improvement. Providing comprehensive training to new and existing warehouse colleagues on picking, packing, and stock control processes to ensure tasks are completed without service risks.
Health & Safety Compliance
- With the support of the Shift Manager, overseeing all health and safety, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work within your zone during shifts.
Operational Excellence / Hight Performance Culture

PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Highly numerate, skilled and experienced in MS Office with strong analytical skills.

Experience of working in Distribution Management along with a customer-focussed industry, logistics or retail industry.

An understanding of KPIs and their drivers.

Strong communication, motivational and effective stakeholder management skills.
