Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and bilingual Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role is pivotal in managing executive schedules, facilitating communications, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, and possess discretion, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Mandarin.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the MD’s work-life balance.
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and functions.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist the MD in decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong passion for the real estate industry is essential.
- 1+ years of experience in an executive or personal assistant role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office tools and technologies.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
