Triggr is a done-for-you automation platform built exclusively for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We handle the entire workflow automation lifecycle β from discovery and scoping through to build, delivery, and ongoing maintenance β so MSPs can scale their operations without adding headcount. We serve MSP clients across the US, Canada, and Australia at a premium price point ($2,000β$10,000/month), running critical automation across Microsoft 365, HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, and CIPP.
About the Hours
This role operates on a later shift β roughly 12pm to 8pm UK time β aligned to US Eastern hours. If you naturally function better later in the day or prefer having your mornings free, this schedule will suit you well.
The Role
We are hiring our first dedicated Account Manager to own the full client relationship across our portfolio, including top-tier clients at the $5,000β$10,000/month level. You will be the primary point of contact for every account β running discovery calls, understanding client automation requirements, demoing completed automations post-build, and ensuring clients get measurable value from Triggr. This role reports directly to the founder.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured discovery calls to understand client operations and automation opportunities
- Present and demo completed automations to clients after each build
- Serve as primary point of contact for all accounts including top-tier clients
- Run regular check-in calls to review performance, satisfaction, and upcoming needs
- Identify and close upsell opportunities as clients' automation footprints grow
- Translate client feedback into clear briefs for the workflow build team
- Monitor account health and manage renewals
Must-Haves
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role
- Background in MSP or IT services β you must understand how MSPs operate
- Genuine interest in automation and workflow technology β non-negotiable
- Excellent spoken English for video calls with MSP owners at the $5Kβ$10K/month level
- Comfortable leading technical conversations without necessarily being a developer
- Fine working a later shift (12pmβ8pm UK) aligned to US Eastern hours
- Highly organised and self-directed
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HaloPSA, ConnectWise, or Autotask
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or CIPP

Compensation
