What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a recruitment desk focused on U.S. civil engineering
  • Building long-term partnerships with firms across America
  • Placing engineers in traffic, highway, bridge, and water sectors
  • Traveling to the U.S. for client visits, conferences, and relationship-building
  • Working in a dynamic, social team with full support and autonomy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in 360 or 180 recruitment (civil engineering or technical market preferred)
  • Ambition to grow an international desk and potentially relocate to the U.S.
