What You’ll Do

  • Step in as our first product marketing leader: Lay the foundation for all marketing at Evergrowth, and build processes and materials that set the pace for future hires.
  • Own bottom-of-funnel enablement: Create the materials, content, and sales collateral our champions need to sell Evergrowth internally including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, business cases, and playbooks tailored for decision makers and influencers.
  • Turn champions into heroes: Empower our internal champions to drive digital transformation, making them look like innovators within their GTM teams.
  • Build authority and clarity: Lead the creation of clear, compelling messaging that demystifies agentic solutions for new buyers both for sales enablement and thought leadership across web, social, and industry channels.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle: Work directly with sales and customer success to diagnose friction points and deliver resources that move opportunities from late-stage to closed-won.
  • Drive full-funnel content: Support top-of-funnel initiatives (website, blogs, social) to reinforce our authority and drive inbound interest, leveraging customer stories, product launches, and insights.
  • Facilitate internal and external education: Build assets for both our team and the market to speed up onboarding, learning, and adoption of agentic AI.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven product marketing experience in new category creation, disruptive tech, or high-velocity sales environments.
  • Expert at enablement: Track record of building bottom-of-funnel materials that empower champions and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
  • Storytelling and content skills: Ability to translate technical, novel solutions into clear business value for both buyers and internal teams.
  • Authority builder: Experience driving thought leadership across web, social, and industry channels.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Comfortable working closely with sales, product, CS, and leadership to align messaging and content to actual deal needs.
  • Hands-on & high-velocity: Scrappy, resourceful, and able to deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • (Bonus): Experience with AI, agentic, or automation technologies; familiarity with transformation/change management communications.
