Evergreen School in Warwick is looking to appoint an EHCP Provision and Funding Co-ordinator with a passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs. In this key new role, you will be responsible for ensuring individual provision for each student and coordinating funding to meet EHCP requirements.
You will work with teachers and senior leaders to support students to fulfil their full potential and ensure the school meets its duties under the Children and Families Act.
