Evergreen Residential Care LTD is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead and shape a high-quality children's residential service in Leicestershire. Your Experience Will Be Rewarded

Starting salary: £52,000+ per annum, depending on experience. For candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes, exceptional leadership and sustained excellence in children's residential care, we are prepared to offer a significantly enhanced remuneration package.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
  • A demonstrable history of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership and people-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of children's homes regulations and quality standards
  • The ability to recruit, develop and inspire an outstanding team
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
  • The ambition, confidence and commercial awareness to help build an exceptional service
