This is a full‑time position where you will play a key role in managing shipping operations, ensuring accurate export documentation, and providing excellent customer service. As a Junior Shipping Clerk, you will work closely with international clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth logistical processes and delivery of outstanding service.
Junior Shipping Clerk Duties:- Monitoring stock levels for export
- Resolving invoice queries
- Approving vendor invoices
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Communicating effectively with customers, hauliers and vendors to facilitate seamless operations
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Strong IT, organisation and communication skills
