The Product Specialist will sit within the Product function and play a key role in bridging Product, Commercial, and Delivery. The role is responsible for ensuring that Evergreen’s solutions are clearly understood and effectively deployed to customers. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Commercial teams, and clinical stakeholders, the Product Specialist will support the successful implementation and scaling of solutions including AI‑enabled specialty tools, secondary care workflow solutions, population health analytics, and research data platforms. This role is critical in ensuring that solutions remain productised rather than bespoke, enabling consistent deployment, strong commercial performance, and repeatable value across customers. The Product Specialist will contribute directly to value realisation, product improvement, and the creation of scalable, evidence‑backed offerings aligned to Evergreen’s People Powered Health vision.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Evergreen product platform within the Health Solutions & Research Division.
  • Support the configuration, implementation, and onboarding of solutions into customer environments.
  • Ensure deployments align to defined product models, avoiding unnecessary customisation or divergence.
  • Work with Commercial teams to support pre‑sales activities, including demos, proposals, and solution articulation.
  • Translate customer requirements into product‑aligned configurations that support scalable delivery.
  • Support the definition and tracking of success metrics, including clinical, operational, and research outcomes.
  • Work with customers to drive adoption and effective use of deployed solutions.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and support resolution to maximise value realisation.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap development.
  • Identify opportunities for product standardisation, reuse, and scalability across deployments.
  • Assist with case studies and insights to enable repeat sales and demonstrate value.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical users and system leaders, demonstrating understanding of workflows and challenges.
  • Ensure all activities align with clinical safety, governance, and data protection standards.
