We offer tools, guidance, and a network to streamline operations, prepare for exit, or turn around struggling businesses. Services include business mentoring, shared head‑office support, AI‑driven systems, and community growth partnerships.

This is a full-time, on‑site role located in Derby for a Founder’s Assistant. The Founder’s Assistant will support the founder in daily operations, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle correspondence. Duties include conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with strategic planning and project management. The assistant will also participate in marketing and communication activities, and liaise with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to conduct research and prepare reports
