We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across the site. The role is responsible for supervising operational teams, allocating resources, supporting production schedules, monitoring performance, and resolving day-to-day issues to maintain service, quality, and output standards. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our production team.
What you’ll do
- Team Management: Provide direction, support and guidance to the Production team, driving efficiency in a safe and compliant manner. You will be responsible for coaching and development, as well as people management process.
- Raw Materials: End to end ownership of the raw materials on site, working closely with our Planning, Procurement and Operational teams to align with production requirements.
- Process: Support the review and implementation of site Standard Operating Procedures and ways of working, managing adherence to these processes.
- Temporary workers: Coordinate temporary workers for the whole site where required, including daily allocation, facilitating inductions and onboarding and monitoring absence levels.
- IMS: Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System and act appropriately regarding day-to-day management of QSHE issues. Assist in achieving QSHE objectives and targets. Promote customer focus throughout the organization and ensure processes are delivering intended outputs.
