About The Job:

  • Work in a professional close knit UK Finance team supporting the business to deliver the UK’s best known garden brands to some of the biggest retailers.
  • Invoice processing through the AP system, including SG&A, Supply Chain, Stock and Inter-company.
  • Resolution of issues through communication, (verbal and written), with Vendors and key Evergreen Stakeholders.
  • Reconciliation of Vendor statements.
  • Maintain GRIR accounts and investigate outstanding issues.
  • Maintain efficient and methodical electronic filing of invoices using IT Capture and Approval.
  • Assist with allocating cash received in SAP on a daily basis for all Sales Ledger Customer accounts.
  • Support Staff Expense approvals to policy.
  • Assist with blocked orders to ensure fast action is taken to resolve these issues with Customer Experience team.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations using online banking software and accurately record all transactions in SAP.
  • Undertake BACS and foreign payment runs loading payments onto HSBC banking platform.
  • Manage direct debits including set up, control and cancellation.

  • Proactive approach with ability to communicate to senior stakeholders.
  • Organized communicative person with ideas who enjoys taking responsibility and getting things done.
  • Resilient team player looking for personal and professional growth.
  • Good working knowledge of excel (pivot, lookups etc).
  • Working knowledge of SAP an advantage.
