As a successful Administrator, you will ideally already be working within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of good administrative practices. Amongst other duties, the post holder will be responsible for logging complaints, working emails, processing payments and producing DSARs when requested. The successful post holder will also be supporting the team here at Evergreen with our incoming post, organising it and making sure it gets to the right department in a timely fashion. You will have a great eye for detail, be super organised and have top notch literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with debt management companies and IVA practitioners via email and phone.
- Log all DSAR requests and issue them in accordance with set deadlines.
- Process manual payment files and allocate to the correct customer account.
- Work through the daily post and allocate to the correct person/department.
- Support the wider business with administration duties where required.
- Liaise with the county courts.
Your skills & experience
Essential
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a financial services business.
- Experience of working with Google Workspace (G Drive, G Mail, G meet, G Docs, etc.).
- Data entry experience.
- Experience in payment reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail, passionate about getting it right the first time.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
- A strong mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
Desired
- Experience in working with debt management solutions and insolvency an advantage but not necessary.
