Entry-level Event Specialist

Role Overview
As an Entry-level Event Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to start a career in events or marketing. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at events, exhibitions, and promotional sites
• Engage with attendees, provide product or service information, and create positive interactions
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event stands, displays, and materials
• Support the delivery of interactive and engaging event experiences
• Help collect customer insights and feedback to support campaign performance
• Maintain professionalism and energy while working in busy event environments
• Work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure smooth execution of daily activities

Requirements

• No previous event or marketing experience necessary – full training provided
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle fast-paced event settings
