Role Overview
As an Entry-level Call Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and representing client brands with professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a positive attitude, and is looking to build a solid foundation in customer service and marketing. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of marketing campaigns
  • Handle inbound calls, assist with enquiries, and provide accurate information
  • Represent client brands clearly and confidently during every interaction
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone at all times
  • Record call outcomes, customer details, and relevant information accurately
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs
  • Work closely with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Provide feedback and insights to support campaign improvements

Requirements

  • No previous call centre experience necessary – full training provided
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
