Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a caring, reliable and confident female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support a child to prepare for school in the early morning and to return in the afternoon for the PM visit. The location is in Sutton Coldfield area.
Desired: Able to speak Somali
Provide support with personal care and daily living activities.
Assist with feeding.
Support the child to access the community safely, including school, outings and activities.
Provide compassionate, person-centred support while maintaining dignity and privacy.
Work closely with the family.
Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.
