About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Complaints Manager to join our GP surgery in Kings Lynn. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that our practice maintains high standards of compliance and effectively manages patient complaints. We have a full-time position available, but flexible working hours can be considered.
Role Overview: As a Compliance and Complaints Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and investigating patient complaints in line with NHS procedures.
- Ensuring the practice meets regulatory and compliance requirements, including a basic understanding of CQC standards.
- Advising the practice team on compliance matters and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate records of complaints and compliance issues and preparing reports for management.
- Supporting continuous improvement in patient care and practice governance.
