We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Complaints Manager to join our GP surgery in Kings Lynn. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that our practice maintains high standards of compliance and effectively manages patient complaints. We have a full-time position available, but flexible working hours can be considered.

Role Overview

  • Managing and investigating patient complaints in line with NHS procedures.
