About Evergive
Evergive was conceived as the answer to a radical question: What if every donation could be made once, and last forever? What if the same donation could get spent again, and again and again? The world would be a different place. Evergive is on a mission to do just that. By making donations compound and last forever, we are building the financial backbone for humanity, a safety net for all. Donations on Evergive are invested, where charities benefit from the upside into perpetuity. This brings sustainability to charities and puts them on a path to financial security forever. We work with the world's most trusted charities, including Save The Children, Amnesty International, BBC Media Action, The United Nations and others.
The Role
We’re hiring a 0→1 Product Growth Manager. You’ll own growth end-to-end, including product, distribution, storytelling, and work directly with the Founder to take Evergive from early traction to category-defining.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Consolidate early PMF
- Build a growth engine from scratch, and make it scale
- Turn product into distribution (viral loops, referrals, sharing mechanics)
- Create traction without paid spend
- Shape the product itself to drive growth
- Craft narratives people actually share
- Run fast, high-volume experiments and double down on what works
The Bar (Non-Negotiable)
- You’ve built something from 0→1, ideally as a founder
- You’ve created real traction with no budget
- You’ve shipped product
- You think in systems and loops, not funnels
- You move fast, independently, and don’t wait for permission
What this role is not
- You rely on paid ads to drive growth
- You’ve only worked in large, structured companies
- You’re more comfortable optimising than building
- You need clear instructions before taking action
What Success Looks Like
- 30 days: Clear growth signals, early traction, channels emerging
- 60 days: Repeatable inbound, early loops compounding
- 90 days: A self-sustaining growth engine driving real scale
Why This Is Different
- High equity (meaningfully above market)
- Direct access to the Founder, real ownership from day one
- Small team, high standards, zero politics
- You’re not “growing a product”, you’re helping build a category
