Evergive is building the financial backbone for humanity. We started with a radical question: what if every donation could be made once, and last forever? What if the same pound could be spent again, and again, and again? That's what we're building. Evergive makes donations compound and last forever - a perpetual endowment for the causes that matter most, and a safety net for all. We work with the world's most trusted charities, including Save The Children, Amnesty International, BBC Media Action, and the United Nations, and we're evolving our approach to allocate donations across a more diversified portfolio to support the long-term sustainability of our partners.

We hire people who are obsessive, who care an unreasonable amount, and who own outcomes end to end. We care less about pedigree and more about what you've built and how fast you're improving. No coasting, no hiding, no politics. If Evergive works, your grandchildren will know what you built. If you want to build infrastructure that outlives us all, Evergive is the place to do it.

About the Role

Evergive is seeking a Founder Operator to act as the operational backbone of the company. This is a greenfield, high-accountability role that sits across product delivery, compliance, finance, people operations, partnerships, governance, and execution. You will work directly with the founder to translate priorities into action, maintain visibility across the business, remove blockers before they surface, and ensure the company operates with speed and discipline.

We are looking for a rare operator: highly structured without becoming bureaucratic, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of context-switching across legal, operational, financial, and product matters in a single day. Within six months, the business should be running faster with materially less founder dependency, with AI-enabled workflows embedded across operations.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day business operations across Evergive, maintaining visibility across workstreams, priorities, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Ensure decisions are captured, communicated, and operationalised quickly - creating structure and execution discipline while keeping the business agile.
  • Own people operations and HR coordination, including employment processes, documentation, and policy implementation.
  • Coordinate operational readiness across product and engineering, supporting launches, partner onboarding, and product-related compliance.
  • Support the operational side of partnerships and growth, ensuring opportunities move cleanly from introduction to execution.
  • Translate legal and regulatory guidance into operational requirements, identifying risks early and ensuring Evergive operates cleanly across charity, regulatory, and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain operational oversight of budgets, invoices, vendors, and financial dependencies, ensuring coordination with finance partners is accurate and timely.
  • Embed AI and automation into day-to-day operations using tools like Claude and Notion AI, raising the operational baseline of the business through smarter systems.
  • Keep the office and workplace running smoothly - supplies, equipment, and in-office processes - flagging issues early before they grow.

What You Need

  • Demonstrable experience in operations, business operations, strategy, or similar roles in high-growth or early-stage environments.
  • Proven ability to operate across product, people, finance, legal, and growth simultaneously without losing clarity.
  • A track record of identifying problems early, building structure quickly, and driving outcomes without heavy oversight.
  • AI fluency and demonstrated experience using AI and automation to streamline and improve how teams operate.
  • Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership, with the accountability, initiative, and ownership to run critical parts of a business independently.
  • Willingness to work 5 days in-person from our Vauxhall, London office (non-negotiable) - we are an in-person-first culture built around connection, collaboration, and moving fast together.

We would be really excited if you have

  • You've been a founder yourself, or a founding/early operator trusted to run a business end-to-end.
  • Exposure to charity, financial services, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience building automation systems and AI-enabled workflows from scratch.
  • £60-70k base salary - sensible, competitive pay that removes the distraction, with a heavy bias toward long-term upside.
  • Generous equity: up to triple the equity ownership of other companies our size. If Evergive works and you're playing the long game, this can be genuinely life-changing.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 6 sick days.
  • Full healthcare.
  • A seriously high-performing team - the ultimate perk. You'll work alongside obsessed builders who move fast, argue well, ship, and own outcomes.

Our Values

  • Meaning Matters - We're here to make a real impact, staying true to our mission without compromising on trust.
  • Mop the Floor - No task is too small, and 'not my job' isn't in our vocabulary.
  • Forward Momentum - We act quickly and decisively, focusing on progress over perfection.
  • 1% Better Every Day - We embrace growth and never settle for complacency.
  • Delight Our Customers - Our donors and charity partners are at the heart of everything we do.
