Our Mission Evergive was built around a radical question: what if every donation could be made once and last forever? Donations on Evergive are invested, allowing charities to benefit from long-term upside into perpetuity. We are building financial infrastructure designed to create sustainable funding for causes that matter. We work with some of the world’s most trusted organisations, including Save the Children, Amnesty International, BBC Media Action, and United Nations-affiliated initiatives.

Your Mission You will act as the operational backbone of Evergive. This role sits across product delivery, compliance, finance, people operations, partnerships, governance, and execution. You will work directly with the founder to translate priorities into action, maintain visibility across the business, remove blockers before they surface, and ensure the company operates with speed and discipline. We are looking for a rare operator: someone highly structured without becoming bureaucratic, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of context-switching across legal, operational, financial, and product matters in a single day.
