Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to join our team in Central Maidenhead. Hours of work will be 5:15pm - 7:15pm Monday-Friday. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and professional environment that reflects our company's commitment to excellence and sustainability. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission by ensuring our workspace remains spotless and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning 3 male & 2 female toilets (mopping floors, wiping seats, sanitising, refilling soap/paper towels, topping up bleach, emptying bins)
- Cleaning kitchen, hoovering and emptying bins, cleaning the worktops, sink area, dishwasher as needed
- Emptying 3 large kitchen bins + 64 small desk bins
- Wiping handles, handrails & high-touch surfaces
- Vacuuming all carpeted areas (offices, boardroom, meeting rooms, spiral stairs)
- Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, restrooms, and common spaces
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Preferred: previous experience in an office environment
