About the Role: Everfox is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive sales of Everfox’s Cross Domain and Insider Risk products and services across the National Security, Critical National Infrastructure and Defence Industrial Base sectors in the UK. This role centres on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships and growing Everfox’s footprint, while joining a fun, collaborative and ambitious team that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with UK National Security stakeholders and be driven to expand their network into Defence Industrial Base and Critical National Infrastructure customers. The role demands a strong and relevant customer network, a deep understanding of UK National Security and government procurement processes, strong technical fluency, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi‑year sales campaigns with material revenue responsibility.

Clearance Required: Developed Vetting (UKIC preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth — generate and win sales of Everfox’s products and services across assigned accounts.
  • Develop and convert strategic pipeline — build, manage and prosecute a high‑quality pipeline from lead generation through to contract award.
  • Shape and influence opportunities — engage early in programme lifecycles to position, influence requirements, and maximise win probability.
  • Sell into complex, matrix organisations — navigate centralised and distributed decision‑making across customer organisations.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales execution — own the full sales cycle including qualification, pursuit, negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate to win — work closely with peers, business development, partner teams, technical and delivery teams to secure strategic opportunities.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape — develop a deep understanding of the market and competitors to identify emerging opportunities, shape positioning ahead of requirements, and strengthen win probability.
  • Deliver sales, pipeline and forecast accuracy — achieve targets through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and regular, data‑driven updates.
  • Expand relationships – both within existing customer environments and identify, qualify and develop new prospects aligned to revenue goals.
  • UK Government procurement - leverage strong knowledge of government contracting, procurement and acquisition processes to guide strategy and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Advocacy and Representation- represent Everfox as a credible, knowledgeable and highly visible partner across the customer ecosystem.

Candidate Profile – key skills & experience:

  • Sector Experience - 10+ years of sales experience in software, cyber security, hardware or services, with mastery of advanced sales techniques, with proven experience in National Security [or Government‑related] sales environments.
  • Commercial & Contractual Acumen - strong sales, commercial, financial and contractual acumen, including work with Tier 1 organisations, platform providers and integrators, with strong communication, negotiation and deal‑shaping skills.
  • Proven Sales Delivery - track record of full sales lifecycle ownership and closure of new opportunities (£500k+). Ability to develop, manage and convert strategic pipeline at pace.
  • Pipeline Management & Conversion - proven ability to build, manage and proactively progress complex, multi‑year pipeline delivering in excess of £10M per annum, demonstrating disciplined follow‑up and deal conversion.
  • Opportunity Shaping & Influence - strong track record of shaping opportunities early and influencing requirements to improve win probability and positioning.
  • Market Access & Entry Strategy - demonstrated ability to establish routes to market and navigate barriers to entry within new or restricted environments, particularly across non‑domestic markets.
  • Stakeholder Influence in Matrix Environments - Experience influencing senior stakeholders within complex, matrixed organisations, often without direct authority.
  • Working with Partners - strong experience working with or selling into Global Systems Integrators (GSI). Track record or working with Channel teams and selling through distributor and reseller networks.
  • National Security Ecosystem Network - Well‑developed, active network within the National Security ecosystem, with the ability to open doors rapidly, position the organisation and convert relationships into tangible sales opportunities.
  • Programme & Supply Chain Understanding - Experience contributing to or selling into large‑scale programmes or complex supply chains where decision‑making is centralised and execution is distributed.
  • Technical knowledge - hands‑on experience with Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust and Multi‑Level Security technologies.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between: £113,200.00-192,400.00 GBP. The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
