About the Role: Everfox is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow sales of Everfox’s Cross Domain and Insider Risk products and services across the UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector. Based in London, you will help develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing CNI customer relationships, and support the broader CNI account team in expanding Everfox’s presence. You will be joining a fun, collaborative and ambitious UK organisation that thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is increasingly influential across Everfox’s global strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring experience engaging with CNI stakeholders, an understanding of UK CNI and Defence Supply Chain organisations and procurement processes, and the motivation to deepen technical fluency and account management capability. This role is well suited to someone looking to grow their career in critical infrastructure technology sales, develop their network across CNI programmes, and play a meaningful part in delivering Everfox’s mission critical solutions to UK CNI.

Clearance Required: Security Check (SC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth — generate and win sales of Everfox’s products and services across assigned CNI accounts.
  • Develop and convert strategic pipeline — build and maintain an early‑stage pipeline, supporting qualification, pursuit and coordination with senior team members.
  • Shape and influence opportunities — engage early in CNI programme lifecycles to understand requirements, assess fit, and position Everfox solutions appropriately.
  • Sales execution — own the full sales cycle including qualification, pursuit, negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate to win — work closely with technical specialists, delivery teams, business development, partner teams and senior sales colleagues to progress opportunities.
  • Forecasting & reporting — contribute to accurate pipeline reporting and early‑stage forecasting, maintaining discipline in CRM and opportunity management.
  • Customer relationship building — strengthen existing relationships and develop new contact points across CNI operators, supply chain partners, and relevant government bodies.
  • Market and customer insight — maintain knowledge of CNI procurement routes, sector priorities and competitive landscape to support effective positioning.
  • Advocacy and Representation — represent Everfox professionally across CNI stakeholder engagements, workshops and events.

Candidate Profile – key skills & experience:

  • Sector Experience – 3+ years of experience in software, cyber security, hardware or services sales, ideally within CNI, Defence Industrial Base, or wider Government environments. Experience operating within regulated, mission critical organisations and procurement frameworks.
  • Commercial & Contractual Acumen – solid grounding in sales, commercial and contractual fundamentals. Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills, with growing confidence in shaping commercial discussions.
  • Proven Sales Delivery – experience owning and progressing the full sales cycle, with a track record of closing new business opportunities (typically in the £150k–£1M range). Able to build and maintain momentum across multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Pipeline Management & Conversion – proven ability to build, manage and advance a developing multiyear pipeline, demonstrating disciplined follow-up and conversion revenue (typically targeting £3–£5M per annum).
  • Opportunity Shaping & Influence – emerging ability to identify and shape opportunities early, contributing to requirement definition and enhancing win probability through strong customer engagement and understanding of CNI decision‑making pathways.
  • Working with Partners – experience working with or selling into large infrastructure operators, major contractors, or systems integrators, with understanding of matrix structures and multi-stakeholder buying processes. Experience of working with resellers and partnership teams.
  • CNI Ecosystem Network – developing network across CNI, Defence Industrial Base, and supply chain communities, with the ability to open doors and nurture relationships into tangible opportunities.
  • Technical Knowledge – foundational understanding of Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust architectures and Multi‑Level Security technologies, with the appetite to deepen technical fluency and translate capabilities effectively for CNI stakeholders.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between: £78,400.00-149,500.00 GBP. The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to base salary and either bonus or commission, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including competitive annual leave, pension match, PMI, dental, health cash plan, income protection, in a hybrid work environment.
