- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and account information within the organization's CRM.
- Take ownership of assigned revenue targets, pipeline metrics, new-logo goals, and business development objectives.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–9 years of experience in technology sales, business development, solution selling, IT services, technology consulting, or related roles.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with a strong track record in new client acquisition, new-logo hunting, opening and developing new accounts, prospecting and lead generation, pipeline creation and management, and revenue generation.
- Proven ability to independently identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to identify buying triggers, build relationships, and create compelling business cases.

- Experience selling one or more of the following: IT / Technology Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, Digital Transformation Services, Cloud Services, Data & Analytics, AI / Emerging Technologies, Engineering / Technology Solutions.
- Good understanding of Cloud, Digital, AI, Data, and emerging technology trends.
- Ability to understand client business and technology challenges and conceptualize relevant solution approaches.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and delivery teams to translate client requirements into solution propositions and commercial opportunities.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-led selling rather than transactional sales.
