Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage a Team Leader and an office-based team, acting as a key link between operational delivery, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing siteworks delivery across non-household water retail, waste and connectivity services
- Ensuring meter reading activity meets industry guidelines and performance targets, with appropriate oversight of quality, timeliness and data accuracy
- Owning the end-to-end provisioning process across waste and connectivity, ensuring orders are progressed efficiently from request through to completion
- Coordinating waste service delivery, including scheduling activity and ensuring purchase orders are raised, managed and processed accurately
- Managing connectivity orders to ensure timely delivery and effective communication with internal teams and external partners
- Leading, coaching and developing the Siteworks team, ensuring clear objectives, effective performance management and strong engagement
- Acting as a senior escalation point for operational or customer issues, resolving problems fairly and efficiently
- Monitoring performance and using insight to identify risks, improve delivery and support continuous improvement
What success looks like in 2026:

- Established consistent and reliable siteworks delivery, with fewer delays, rework and escalations
- Developed strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, improving coordination and outcomes
- Improved visibility and control of siteworks activity through clear reporting, governance and escalation routes
- Reduced operational risk by ensuring quality, compliance and customer impact are actively managed
- Put the foundations in place for the Siteworks function to scale as the business continues to grow
What we’re looking for:

You’ll Ideally Have:
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in an operational or service-led environment
- Confidence managing workflows, priorities and escalations in a fast-paced setting
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- A calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure or regulated environments is helpful but not essential.
