The Role

Our Peterlee office opened earlier in 2023 to accommodate our growing team in some style! As a key player you will be responsible for using your fabulous personality to resolve any queries from our customers via telephone, email and live chat.
What You’ll Do
- Chatting with Customers – Your main gig will be handling inbound calls, connecting with customers, and helping solve their queries.
- Being a Customer Hero – Whether it’s through the phone, email, or live chat, you’ll proactively answer questions and ensure every customer gets the support they need.
- Keeping it Organized – You'll update our CRM system with every customer interaction, so we always stay on top of things.
- Team Player – Collaborate with our Operations Team to tackle customer issues and keep everything running smoothly.
- Escalating When Needed – If things get tricky, you’ll know when to escalate a situation to the Service Team Leader.
- Delivering Awesome Service – Above all, you’ll consistently bring your A-game and provide top-notch service every time.
