Responsibilities
- Work closely with LRS lead (Lead Research Specialist) with the goal to book meetings for AE (Account Executive) in Germany and other German speaking countries.
- Participate in negotiation and closing process with a prospect with AE.
- Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns for potential customers with our tools and playbook.
- Regularly update CRM to be sure nothing is missed and follow up on your pipeline.
- Monitor, research and analyse the customer needs and business potential.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience and knowledge in prospecting (cold calls, cold emails).
- Experience in SDR position for 1-2 years, ideally working with customers in sizes of 50 and more employees.
- Have experience selling ERP, CRM, or similar software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Someone who could become our product expert with a confident voice.
