A growing specialist strategy consultancy is looking to hire a Manager to join its London team. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected boutique advising leading Food & Beverage companies, FMCG businesses and investors on their most important strategic decisions. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, the team is looking for an experienced consultant who can lead engagements and work directly alongside Partners.
The Role
As a Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, leading small teams while working closely with senior clients and Partners across a range of strategic engagements, including:
- Growth strategy
- Commercial strategy
- Market entry
- Commercial due diligence (CDD)
- Portfolio and category strategy
- Pricing and revenue growth
- Value creation for corporate and private equity clients
You’ll typically lead teams of 3 – 4 consultants, managing projects from initial hypothesis through to final recommendations and client presentations.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting
- Experience independently leading and delivering client projects
- Exposure to the Food & Beverage, FMCG or Consumer Goods sectors
- Experience in commercial strategy, growth strategy and/or commercial due diligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience
