About the Role This is an opportunity to join a highly active investment team deploying capital across venture capital, growth equity and private markets throughout the GCC and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a key role advising on investments, fund matters and strategic transactions while working alongside experienced investors and senior leadership.
Responsibilities Lead legal execution of venture capital, growth equity and private equity investments.
Draft and negotiate investment documentation including Shareholders' Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Convertible Instruments and related transaction documents.
Advise on fund structuring, portfolio management, exits, secondary transactions and corporate restructurings.
Support cross-border M other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).
Approximately 7–15 years' PQE.
Experience gained within a leading international law firm and/or an investment fund, venture capital platform, private equity firm or family office.
