We are currently partnering with a leading infrastructure investment platform managing multi-billion EUR assets across Europe and internationally, with a strong focus on energy transition, utilities, transport, environmental infrastructure, and broader real assets. The team is looking to hire a high-calibre Senior Associate into its Asset Management & Value Creation function in London. This is a highly hands-on role focused on driving operational and commercial impact across portfolio companies and infrastructure assets post-investment.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong financial/investment acumen alongside genuine operational exposure and the ability to work closely with management teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working closely with CEOs, CFOs, and operating teams on commercial and operational improvement plans
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, KPIs, budgeting, and business plans
  • Supporting refinancing, capex optimisation, growth initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Assisting with board materials, portfolio reviews, and investor reporting
  • Driving execution of post-acquisition value creation strategies

Candidate profile:

  • 3–6 years of experience within infrastructure investing, infrastructure advisory, utilities, energy, portfolio operations, strategy consulting, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure / energy / real assets sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and drive tangible outcomes, rather than purely analytical work
  • Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  • Exposure to portfolio company management or asset optimisation is highly attractive
