Everet Marsh in London seeks an Associate to join the London Secondaries Advisory team, working on LP-led portfolio sales and GP-led continuation vehicles for European sponsors and institutional investors. This build-out role partners with Managing Directors on live mandates from origination through to close, owning pricing and portfolio analysis and engaging with GPs, LPs and secondary buyers.

You will develop complex fund and portfolio models, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate due diligence.
