We are partnering with a global asset manager with a multi-hundred billion AUM platform and a rapidly growing Private Credit business across EMEA. The team focuses on investment-grade/core infrastructure and secure income strategies, deploying capital across infrastructure debt, asset-backed financing and fund finance solutions. The platform is well-established, with a strong track record and significant capital to deploy. This hire will join a senior-led team headed by an experienced EMEA investment leader, playing a key role in origination and execution across private credit and fund finance transactions.

What you will do:

  • Lead/support origination and execution of private credit transactions
  • Work across fund finance (NAV, subscription lines, hybrid structures) and infrastructure-related lending
  • Conduct credit analysis, structuring and negotiation of transactions
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, funds and institutional clients
  • Support junior team members and contribute to team development

Profile:

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in private credit, fund finance, leveraged finance or infrastructure debt
  • Strong exposure to fund finance or structured lending is highly attractive
  • Experience from banks, direct lenders, or credit funds
  • Strong technical skillset and deal execution experience
  • Ability to operate in a lean, high-performing team
