A fast-growing private equity firm with an established presence in London is expanding its TMT & Digital Infrastructure investment team. The firm focuses on control and significant minority investments in technology-enabled businesses and digital infrastructure assets across Europe and selected global markets. The platform manages c. €500m–€1bn+ in assets under management and is actively deploying capital, offering strong exposure to new investments and portfolio work.
This is a hands-on role for a Senior Associate or Vice President to play a key part across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and execute private equity investments within TMT and digital infrastructure (e.g. data, connectivity, software-enabled assets)
- Build and review detailed financial models (LBOs, operating models, valuations)
- Lead commercial and financial due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction negotiations
- Work with portfolio companies on strategy, performance tracking, and value-creation initiatives
- Support origination through market mapping, idea generation, and interaction with intermediaries
- 5+ years of experience in M&A / Investment Banking, Private Equity, or equivalent transaction-focused roles
- Strong grounding in deal execution, financial analysis, and valuation
- Exposure to TMT, digital infrastructure, or technology-enabled sectors is highly desirable
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
- Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment
- Direct exposure to senior decision-makers and investment committees
- Broad responsibility across deals and portfolio companies
