Our client is a specialist corporate finance advisory firm focused exclusively on the energy transition, advising developers, infrastructure investors, private equity funds and corporates on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions across renewable energy and infrastructure.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Investment Banking Vice President to lead transaction execution, manage junior team members and play a key role in delivering complex, high-profile mandates.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ investment banking or corporate finance advisory experience
- Strong M&A execution experience across renewables, infrastructure or energy transition
- Background with a recognised investment bank, boutique or corporate finance advisory firm
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and deal execution skills
- Experience leading transaction workstreams and mentoring junior team members
